ENSREG held its second conference on nuclear safety in Brussels on 11-12 June 2013. The conference aimed at providing an update on nuclear safety in Europe two years after Fukushima. It focussed on the follow up of the stress tests on nuclear power plants, particularly the national action plans and their implementation. Other topics included off-site emergency preparedness and response and developments in the EU legislation related to nuclear safety.
