ENSREG activity reports
The Commission decision of 17 July 2007 on establishing the European High Level Group on Nuclear Safety and Waste Management –which afterwards was renamed ENSREG- established that the latter would submit a report on its activities to the European Commission for onward transmission to the European Parliament and the Council. In compliance with these requirements, the Group issued its first report in mid-2009 and thereafter, updates the information at least every two years.
Results of the first public meeting on “EU Stress Tests” and the peer review process.
The first public meeting on EU Stress Tests for nuclear power plants and the pertinent peer review process took place in Brussels on 17 January 2012. Final National Reports on EU Stress Tests at nuclear plants available
By 31 December 2011 sixteen national nuclear regulators (including Switzerland and the Ukraine) submitted their final national reports on EU Stress Tests carried out at their nuclear power plants.
